Moji miški /My Little Mice

Navdušena sem nad temi ušeski. Nekaj dni že razmišljam, kako bi jih bilo najlažje narediti in ideja je uspela sto procentno. Moji miški sta sedaj pripravljeni na ples.
Je tudi pri vas Angelina Balerina velik hit?

I'm thrilled how those little ears turned out. I was trying to find the easiest way to make them and I found it. So, my little mice have new ears and they are readdy for the ball.

In, uspelo mi je sešiti tudi krilce za malo miško s kmečkega dvorišča.

And I manage to sew a skirt for little farm mouse.

IF - Skinny

'Uf, tukaj pa ne morem živeti. Gobi sta presuhi.'
Ubogi palček brez doma. Upamm, da bo kamlu našel veliko debelo gobo. Zima se bliža.

'Oh, I can't live in here. Those toadstools are too skinny.'
Poor little homeless gnome. I hope he'll find a nice fat toadstool doon. It's winter comming.

Vsekakor sem ta teden morala pripeti svojo drobtinico na besedo 'skinny'. To temo sem namreč predlagala jaz in bila je sprejeta in sem oh in sploh navdušena.

I just had to post my little sketch on this weeks theme at Illustration Friday. Skinny was my suggestion and was accepted and I'm oh so happy about it.

Šivali bomo / We are going to sew

Najprej se je potrebno pripraviti. Gumbi, trakovi, šivanke... če je možno, je fino imeti vse pri roki, zato je miza vedno polna. V bistvu sem že pozabila, kakšne barve je moja :o)
Kakorkoli, pridružila sem se Mali Marjetici (Creative Little Daisy) in njenemu novembrskemu šivanju.

First, it's important to have everything near... like on your table... I must say, I'm not sure what color is mine table, it's been covered with suplies for too long. However, I have joined Creative Little Daisy in her November sewing, called Sew Something in November.


In, ne boste verjeli, imam že en super preprost izdelek, ki bi vam ga rada pokazala. Trak za lase za malo vilo. Zašijete trak, konca povežete z elastiko (preverite na mali glavici dolžino) in prišijte rožo z gumbom v sredini. Fotke z vilo nimam, ker obe že spita.

And, guess what, I have one super easy project to show you. A fairy head band. All you have to do is sew a fabric band, connect the ends with elastic (have a little head somewhere near to try it on) and sew a flower on the band with the button in the middle.

Čiv-oblekca / Tweet-dress

Tole srčkano oblekico sem naredila za pokušino in preizkušino kroja. Ko mi je poštar prinesel novo številko Ottobre Design, mi je tale oblekica nekako ušla. Stvar je v tem, da je kroj originalno namenjen spalni srajčki. Še dobro, da je gospodična G v njem videla potencial :o) in si zaželela 'točno tako oblekico, mami'. Meni je všeč zaradi rokavov. Tisti klasični rokavi mi nikakor ne uspejo tako, kot bi mi morali, tile od vratnega izreza dol pa so mega.
Uporabila sem morda malce pretrd jeans in bombažen pulover, ki se je čisto preveč raztegnil da bi bil še nosljiv. Odrezala sem mu rokave - za rokave :o) in za žep - ptička na sprednji strani. Ptiček ima bingljajoče nožice in je mega srčkan. Čiv.

I made this dress this weekend to try out a new pattern from Ottobre Design. Well, first time I have browsed through it I missed it and Miss G was the one to point it out to me 'I want a dress just like this one, mummy'. I love those words. Really do. So I took maybe a little too stiff blue jeans and and old cotton sweater. I only cut the sleeves off and use them as, of course, sleeves and a bird pocket on front. Bird has dangling legs and is really cute.
I'm going to make more of these dresses. It's easy and fun pattern.
